I am a 4’11 125 lb female who resides in New York City. On 7/18/20 Saturday night was beaten and assaulted in the Bayonne police headquarters Department by 4 Family members I’m going to pick up my 16-year-old son. My brother refuse to return my son to me so I contacted pct assuming they would assist me and retrieving my son. Instead they watched in their surveillance camera as I got beat into the ground and stomped on by four family members one of them which was Nicholas Parra my brother and his wife Margie Parra and the two teenage kids.
I begged the police officers one of them whom was Po Mendez badge 243 and her sergeant Along with whatever police officers were in the lobby at the time of this incident to call me an ambulance they refused medical attention to me. They refuse to press charges and refuse to take any pictures of my injuries. Lumps in knots all over my face and head and A visible black eye. Pio Mendez refuse to allow me to write my own statement to file my Report. She insisted that I just saw her and she’ll write it out as I stated. I was forced to drive back to New York City with my 16 year son all beat up. No charges were filed against my brother or his family and when I received the police report she and the whole department lied about the whole incident even though everything was all surveillance .
I have supporting documents photos please report medical reports. Please help me put the story out there.
